Barbara L. Armstrong is a Partner and a member of the Advocacy & Litigation Practice Group. She counsels some of the Firm’s major clients in state and federal courts, oversees research, critical analysis, and drafting of motions such as those involving discovery, filings unique to removal, federal jurisdiction, adversary proceedings, multidistrict litigation, and appellate briefs.

Ms. Armstrong is also extensively involved in preparing for the examination of fact and preparing witnesses for deposition in major litigation. Due to the complex nature of the cases in which she is involved, Ms. Armstrong maintains an interest in emerging technology and is experienced in electronic legal research, internet, document management software, and databases in her daily practice.
